Pressure & Flow does not accept returns or exchanges. Coffee is a fresh, roasted-to-order product, so we don't ask you to send anything back.

If your order isn't right, or you simply aren't happy with it, reach out to us. We will refund the product. You keep the coffee; there is nothing to ship back. We'd also value your feedback.

To request a refund, send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. Our team will reply and process your refund to the original payment method.
